Ensuring approval of all contracts and permits pre-event
Maintaining Production Schedules and Event Management and Risk Management Plans 
Assist in the delivery of all operational aspects of the festival
Obtaining 10 building licensing agreements and booking of security & associated services.
Coordination of Council Event Requirements
Vehicle Mitigation Water Fill Deployment Maps and Filling Schedules in consultation with Counter Terrorism, QPS, Operations Team
Management of the VIP Sponsor Event: The Sunsuper Dreams for a Better World Party on the Goodwill Bridge
Management of Accessible Viewing
Coordination of all signage distribution
Management of Resident Enquiries
Application and then subsequent management and distribution of all road closures.
